Placing an Order is a Binding Agreement for Goods.

or as soon as they are delivered to you,
especially if Essentially Lili sends products
beforehand as a Goodwill Gesture.

Browse the Essentially Lili site, and choose the items you wish to buy and click on “Add to Cart”. These will be added to your Shopping Cart. Ensure you View Cart to add your Coupon. If you choose Checkout, the Coupon section is Above the Billing Details.
WRONG NAME, ADDRESS & CORRECTIONS
Please ensure the correct name & address is provided to ensure the delivery is made without any issues. We are not liable or responsible for the loss of your order if the delivery address provided by you is incorrect or incomplete.
If your address is incorrect or incomplete, your order may be returned to us with additional fees incurred. If the courier applies extra charges for your package being returned for incorrect or incomplete name & address details, these costs will be added to your order.
Re-sending the package to the correct address will also incur additional costs.
MAKING BANK TRANSFERS OR PAYPAL PAYMENTS:
We have a few cost effective options when making payments for your order. Select the option that works best for you.

Once payment is made, please send confirmation of the bank transfer transaction so that your order can be processed.
For Switzerland and The Rest of The World. We have Paypal for all of our transactions. Paypal is a secure payment service which is used by millions of people in over 55 countries. Please use the following Business PayPal Details are:

Should you have any problems using your Paypal, please contact them first & let us know. Often the transactions are timed out and cancelled if not completed in time. Should you have problems, please Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
When you decide which of our items you would like to buy, simply click on the button under the relevant product. You will then be taken to a secure Paypal page which will show details of your purchase.
When you proceed to checkout you can either login with an existing Paypal account if you have one or simply choose to pay with a number of credit and debit card options. You will then be asked to complete your personal information ie name, address, card details etc. and then asked to confirm your purchase.
OUTSIDE OF SWITZERLAND OR CASH DEPOSITS:
For Non Swiss based Customers making Bank Transfers from Abroad – It will cost an additional 13 CHF to process, which cover the Bank Charges incurred.
For Swiss Based Customers making a Cash Deposits at the Counter, you will need to add 4 CHF to your Invoice for bank Fees.
If as a Goodwill gesture, the goods have been given or sent & arrive before payment has been made: Please ensure that payment is completed upon receipt of the goods. Non Payment will result in discounts being removed and late charges applied.
MAKING YOUR PURCHASES:
All of your items will be shown individually and you can decide to remove any if you wish. The postage and packing charge will display as a total and will automatically be calculated based on our advertised prices.
When your order has been processed you will receive an email from Paypal confirming all the details. This is your proof of purchase.
Please send a copy of this Payment Confirmation so that orders can be made fresh, or existing stock used to fulfil the order and dispatched according to our Terms & Conditions.
PROCESSING OF ORDERS
In the event that a product that you have ordered is out of stock, we will inform you. This just means we will make a fresh batch of Products to fulfil your order. As soon as the products have set, they will be sent out as per the Terms & Conditions.
Orders received on weekends or bank / holidays will be processed once payment is confirmed. These will be dispatched according to our Terms & Conditions.
We send our packages before 4pm Monday to Friday using Priority A Post in Switzerland, which delivers the next day.
Delivery of Products to other Locations will take longer. Please check Shipping for more information about delivery of products where you are.
Please allow more time for delivery around Bank Holidays and peak times e.g. Christmas. We will notify our Customer of any delays or issues we face.
REFUNDS, RETURNS, PRODUCT REPLACEMENT & CANCELLATIONS
We want to ensure you are happy with your purchase but in the unlikely event you are not, Essentially Lili will offer a refund on unused & unopened items.
We cannot guarantee that the Product will not soften and change shape whilst in transit from Switzerland to where you are.Any concerns, please contact us with pictures of your product so that we can check the weight of the Jar you have received to ensure it is correct.
Let us know first of your intention to return the products within 7 days of receipt. The product(s) should be returned to us within 7 Calender days of receipt, provided they are in their original resalable condition. Please ensure you include the original Postal details or envelope from Essentially Lili for Customs inspection reasons.
Please note you are responsible for the return postage costs. We would recommend that you obtain proof of postage for your returns as we cannot offer a refund if the product is lost and there is no proof of postage. Your statutory rights are not affected.
We will issue a refund (including outward delivery charges if they apply) within 7 working days of receiving the goods back. Or we will replace the product depending on the situation regarding the complaint.
Should you have a reaction to the All Natural ingredients in the product, please notify us immediately. We will ask you to send photos of the said-reaction in order to consult you to find out what has happened.
VOUCHERS FOR PRODUCTS – UNSATISFIED CUSTOMERS
We cannot guarantee that the products will not soften and change shape whilst in transit from Switzerland to where you are.
We cannot give you a refund if the products have been opened and used for hygienic reasons. Please contact me beforehand with pictures of the products.
When you send the product back to me, we will issue you a Voucher for 50% of the value as a goodwill gesture, or replace the product at our own expense. Our intention is to have happy customers all the time, though having natural products doesn’t always guarantee this.
