Changing your mind after the Consultation has been given is in Breach of our Terms & Conditions.
Weights of the Products should be as specified by the amount on the label, irrespective of the size of the jar or bottle.

WRONG NAME, ADDRESS & CORRECTIONS
Please ensure the correct name & address is provided to ensure the delivery is made without any issues. We are not liable or responsible for the loss of your order if the delivery address provided by you is incorrect or incomplete.
However, please ensure you choose the Priority A Post Option for tracking the packages.
If your address is incorrect or incomplete, your order may be returned to us with additional fees incurred. If the Postal Services & Courier applies extra charges for your package being returned for missing collection, incorrect or incomplete name & address details, these costs will be added to your order. Re-sending the package for these reasons will also incur additional costs.
If as a Goodwill gesture, the goods have been given or sent & arrive before payment has been made:
Kindly ensure that payment is completed upon receipt of the goods. Non Payment will result in discounts being removed and late charges applied.

Online Bank Transfers in Switzerland are free and are usually processed overnight. You can do an Electronic Transfer into our CHF Post Finance Bank Account using the following details:

If Registered post is returned to Essentially Lili incurring any 7 CHF postal charges, this will be added to the cost of returning the package to you.

SWISS CUSTOMERS – CASH DEPOSITS:
For Swiss Based Customers, Cash Deposits incur a 4 CHF processing feefrom the Bank which will be added to your Invoice Total.
STRIPE CREDIT CARD FEES:
From April 2023, there will be an increase in Stripe Fees to 4.50% which will be added to your Invoice when you choose to pay with Credit Card.
When you proceed to checkout, you can use your Visa or Mastercard with Stripe. Enter your credit and debit card details. You will then be asked to complete your personal information and then asked to confirm your purchase.
INTERNATIONAL TRANSFERS & PAYMENTS FROM ABROAD:
International Payments & Bank Transfers made from Abroad will incurs additional 25 CHF for foreign bank processing fees.Please add this amount to the Invoice Total before processing.
MAKING YOUR PURCHASES:
All of your items will be shown individually and you can decide to remove any if you wish. The weight based postage with packaging charge will be displayed as a total and based on our advertised prices.
When your order has been processed you will receive an email confirming all the details. This is your proof of purchase and subject to payment as part of an agreement to buy the products.
Please send a copy of this Payment Confirmation so that orders can be made fresh, or existing stock used to fulfil the order and dispatched according to our Terms & Conditions.
PROCESSING OF ORDERS
In the event that a product that you have ordered is out of stock, we will inform you. This just means we will make a fresh batch of Products to fulfil your order as soon as our next production date is booked. As soon as the products have been made and set, they will be sent out as per the Terms & Conditions.
Orders received on weekends or bank / holidays will be processed once payment is confirmed. These will be dispatched according to our
Terms & Conditions.
We normally send our packages before 4pm Wednesday to Thursday using Swiss A Post Priority Next Day Delivery in Switzerland.
Packages in Switzerland are not normally sent on Friday or Saturday as Postal Services requiring signatures do not operate on the weekends.
Delivery of Products to other Locations outside of Switzerland will take longer. Please check Shipping for more information about delivery of products where you are.
Kindly allow more time for delivery around Bank Holidays and peak times like Christmas, or during unforeseen circumstances like viral Pandemics, Flight cancellations, Strikes & Natural disasters. We will inform you, and keep you updated as circumstances change, regarding delays or other issues we face.
REFUNDS, RETURNS, PRODUCT REPLACEMENT & CANCELLATIONS
We want to ensure you are happy with your purchase but in the unlikely event you are not, Essentially Lili will either swap the product or offer a credit voucher for the unused & unopened items.
Whilst we try our best for this not to happen, sometimes we make unfortunate mistakes and send out the wrong product. We are happy to swap it over.Please let us know we have messed up and we’ll rectify it immediately.
We cannot guarantee that the Product will not soften and change shape whilst in transit from Switzerland to where you are.If you have any concerns, please contact us immediately with pictures of your product so that we can check the weight of the Jar you have received to ensure it is correct.We will send you a coupon for any inconvenience caused.
Let us know first of your intention to return the products within 7 days of receipt. The product(s) should be returned to us within 7 Calendar days of receipt, provided they are in their original resalable condition. Please ensure you include the original Postal details or envelope from Essentially Lili for Customs inspection reasons.Please note you are responsible for any Postal or Courier costs for packages returned to Essentially Lili and for returning the package to you.We would recommend that you obtain proof of postage for your returns as we cannot offer a refund if the product is lost and there is no proof of postage. Your statutory rights are not affected.
We will issue a credit note or refund (including outward delivery charges if they apply) within 7 working days of receiving the goods back. Or we will replace the product depending on the situation regarding the complaint.
Should you have a reaction to the All Natural ingredients in the product, please notify us immediately. We will ask you to send photos of the said-reaction in order to consult you to find out what has happened. Remember You have the responsibility for your food and drink consumption which can affect the results of the products used.
VOUCHERS FOR PRODUCTS – UNSATISFIED CUSTOMERS
We cannot guarantee that the products will not soften and change shape whilst in transit from Switzerland to where you are.We cannot give you a refund if the products have been opened and used for hygienic reasons. Please contact me beforehand with pictures of the products.
When you send the product back, we will issue you a Voucher for 50% of the value as a goodwill gesture. Our intention is to have happy customers all the time, though having natural products doesn’t always guarantee this.
BECOME AN ESSENTIALLY LILI STOCKIST
Should you wish to sell our 100% all-natural skincare products in your store or place of business, get in touch with me to work out the details. There’ll be a minimum order of products, sold per box size, which will need to be consistent with the webpage prices. The products should be stored in either a cool dark place or refrigerated to ensure quality for customers. Send your Business logo to be included on our webpage as a Stockist for the Essentially Lili Brand of products.
